<p>Charlene joined Agiledge in 2012 and was named Director of Client Services in July, 2016. She came to us after a career that included marketing, operations and an entrepreneurial pursuit.She has worked for Direct TV and in the collaborative software industry. She has business degrees from Dominican College and University of the East. At Agiledge, her responsibilities include client support, web and assessment administration and being a center of excellence for systems and processes for predicting human performance and improving people management effectiveness. </p>

<p><strong>Manet Alvia</strong>, CRM &amp; LMS System Administrator</p>

You will rarely meet a person as systematic as Manet. Brought in to execute a specific focused marketing program, Manet has grown into the company's utility person, adapting to many roles. As our systems administrator for our LMS and CRM, Manet documents key processes and creates and automates workflows. She also performs quality audits on processes and team tasks, helping to establish continuous improvement.</p>
<p>Manet has been instrumental in getting new software systems up and running and assisting in making the management of our organization, more effective. </p>

<p><strong>Maricel Cano</strong>, Senior Lead Research Analyst</p>

Now as our a Senior Lead Research Analyst, Maricel uses her detail-orientation and organizational skills to make sure our underlying data is structured and accurate. A key strength of hers is her perseverance and adherence to meeting commitments. She has the ability to see a situation from different perspectives to be able to get my work done even in the face of difficult obstacles. Maricel has been awarded the Agiledge “Reliable Busy Bee Award”. Maricel enjoys working as part of the elite team. In her spare time, she enjoys her weekends with her husband and two sons. Her hobby is gardening and she has quite an extensive home garden.</p>

<p><strong>Celeste Delos Reyes</strong>, Research Analyst and Communication Specialist</p>

Her current role is as the Research Analyst and Communication Specialist. Celeste provides data research and analytics for our various services, conducting research into various professional networks and other sources. Celeste also provides administrative and communication services to outside clients.</p>
<p>Outside of work, Celeste is focused on raising her son and daughter and seeing the local natural sites.</p>

<p><strong>Francesca Odulio</strong>, Market Research Analyst</p>

Prior to that, she completed her psychology degree and worked in writing and research-related fields.</span></p>
<p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">Being a motivated problem solver with organized research skills, Cheska utilizes a wide range of research into various networks and sources to provide data for services done by the company.</p>
<p style="margin:0in;font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt">In her spare time, Cheska enjoys reading and going to psychology-related seminars that could help her develop her skillset.</p>
