Maricel Caño

Maricel came to us in 2014 after various Customer Service and C/S Management positions. She is currently our Customer Support Manager. Maricel provides data research and analytics for our various services, conducting research into various professional networks and other sources. Maricel also provides administrative and communication services to outside clients.

What truly sets Maricel apart is her meticulous attention to detail. In her research and analytics work, she has a keen eye for identifying subtle patterns and data points that others might overlook, ensuring that every report is both accurate and comprehensive. This precision carries over into her administrative support, where she manages complex communication schedules and client needs with a high degree of organizational excellence and a "zero-error" mindset.

Outside of work, Maricel is focused on taking care of her family and seeing the local natural sites. She is an avid believer in the importance of work-life balance, often spending her weekends with family or exploring the beauty of the sceneries through photography. Whether she is navigating a complex research project or enjoying a quiet afternoon in nature, Maricel brings a sense of calm dedication and thoughtful perspective to everything she does.
