In professional sports, as an example, players are recruited based on an array of performance 'facts and figures'  including speed at specific distances, reaction time, percentages etc..

The HA assessment gives you the relevant performance 'facts and figures' based on actual research for several thousand job types - it gives you substantiation!  In sports, your speed, hand-eye coordination, dexterity and ability to focus are key (for most sports). In organizations, its behavioral suitability (motivations, attitudes, interests, stress responses, behavioral competencies, passions, aversions, natural tendencies...) that determine will you do the job whereas its your qualifications from experience, education and knowledge that determine if you can. Both of these can be assessed using the Harrison. WIth the individual assessment matched against the benchmark determined by research studies on large groups of low, average and high performers, you get an amazingly accurate picture that predicts performance. When you combine this with the provided behavioral interview questions based on the person's scores and job, your process can now assuredly choose just about only high performers.

And then with this information you, as a manager/leader have a far greater ability to optimize the performance of your people  and improve the work culture. Using the insight and understanding provided, while taking some discipline, is a powerful tool for raising productivity and effectiveness.
